Here you will find useful information to make your stay in our house as comfortable as possible.
Arrival and departure
On the day of your arrival the rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. In case you will arrive after 6:00 p.m. we kindly ask you to inform our reception in advance.
On the day of your departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms by 11:00 a.m.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in our hotel and restaurant.
Travel Protection Package
To prevent any hassle, we recommend the Gute-Reise-Schutz package of the DIE EUROPÄISCHE travel insurance. The procedure is very simple: the insurance is concluded by paying in or transferring the premium. Please note that the insurance has to be concluded within 14 days after receipt of your booking confirmation.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax is calculated according to the regulations of the community of Moosbach. 0,70 € / day for children from 6 to 16 years of age. From 16 years of age 0,90 € / day. The cost of the tourist tax is not included in the room rates.

You are welcome to pay your bill upon departure with VISA-Card, MasterCard, EC-card or in cash.
