Sonja Schieder, Restaurant

After her apprenticeship in the hotel/restaurant Seeschmied in Muschenried, Sonja Schieder extended her abilities and knowledge in several prestigious houses.

Her way led her to Munich to the Kempinski Hotel Airport München, for three years to the Parkhotel Egerner Höfe und Villa am See at the Tegernsee, where she had already worked in top restaurants for famous chefs.

Before she started working in her man’s family business, the restaurant “Kastell“ on the Wernberg castle was her last station.

As hosts in the Landhotel Goldenes Kreuz, she and her man want their guests to spend some comfortable and outstanding hours full of delight in their restaurant.
